It always annoyed me that google trends let me only do 5 terms at a time, and Insights is far less precise.
So yesterday/tonight I made this google trends thingie...

It totally violates the google trends system since they don't have a real API, so it will likely implode when it reaches their internal rate limiting. Till then, enjoy.

Some words don't show up because Google has an internal limit of so many searches per week, before they allow that data to be pulled... It's a privacy thing.

Codeigniter framework in AWS, 4 models, 2 views (and some tiny includes). Continuous integration via Git.
Only 4 db tables in RDS (storing results as not to overload Google, tracking rate limiting, etc).
Heavy usage of APC, mild use of Varnish.
Cloudflare proxy.

For the front end. It's a rather raw usage of highcharts (very dirty js) and the latest bootstrap.

I started writing a forecast algorithm/model before I had to stop myself.. Maybe when I get bored again, I'll have it predict the next year, etc.
