Get the albums Faith, Seventeen Seconds, and Pornography by the Cure. They're all amazing.

It isnt but it's still a solid album. According to Robert Smith it's supposed to be the second in a trilogy of albums. The first being pornography and the third being Bloodflowers.

I wish I could have seen them on that tour, it sounded badass.

DingleberryClock · March 16, 2013, 03:22:02 AM

To be fair, I'm slightly biased. By the age of 5 I'd heard Head on the Door more than any other album, so I nostalgia the fuck out on that shit.

FLOUNDERMAN_CLOCK · March 16, 2013, 03:43:22 AM

That's why I like Lovecats so much. My mom and dad used to play it for me a lot when I was little.

DingleberryClock · March 16, 2013, 04:24:18 AM

My mom just got really depressed in the winter so I always thought the Cure was Christmas carols

FLOUNDERMAN_CLOCK · July 05, 2013, 07:19:08 PM

I havent listened to enough Siouxsie and the Banshees but I like all three of these songs. We might as well change the name of this thread to "Goth/Postpunk Appreciation Superthread".
