Toonboom is better than Flash too. It has a fucking pressure sensitive pencil tool!!

Also I ordered a Cintiq 13HD

This was meant to go in the spam forum, but I guess it can go here too I guess? Sorry, but my finger slipped.

Anyway this was done in MangaStudio in like 15 minutes because the brushes are so rad. Seriously they have water colours, oil paints, loads of pens, pencils, and they all behave exactly like you'd expect but better. It feels so nice.

It's super easy to get used to too. I've been using it for about 2 or 3 days and I feel fully confident with it already. If you're not a pirate person, it's much cheaper than Photoshop too. I'd still keep Photoshop installed for editing, or animation stuff, or photo editing. Manga Studio is just so much better designed for illustration than Photoshop.

I've been doing some editing lately, is it better than PS CS6 if I use mouse and not a tablet? What about for redraws? I do admit having greater control over typography would be nice.

Most of the stuff I do is removing smudges and doing leveling for scanned images, doing the text and a few redraws, not any original art.

Hell if it has a feature to help with editing bubbles with dot matrix gradients I'd get it just for that
