Hercules (1996?): Help me verify that this film actually exists

I was talking to my art teacher today and he mentioned the 1960's Trans Lux syndication cartoon The Mighty Hercules. I previously hadn't heard of it, but when he mentioned 'the not disney hercules cartoon', I was immediately reminded of this animated feature I had on VHS when I was a kid. I mentioned it and he had no idea what I was talking about, but one other girl in the class did. After getting home I forgot about it until about an hour ago when the urge struck me to give it a search, and I found nothing. Certain that I didn't make it up, I went to my basement to find the tape and thankfully I still have it. But the fact that it's actually something I own puzzles me even further that I can't find any proof of it's existence online.

TL;DR - Have any of you guys ever seen this tape before?

All that I can remember happening during the film is that at one point theyre in this really foggy mountain area, and at another point Hercules has a really badass fight with a Hydra.

I remember liking it, but not as much as the Disney version. James Woods as Hades will always have a special place in my heart.

The problem with the Clock Crew is that we're giving away our movies for free. Clearly, the business model we need to adopt is "our movies are copyrighted, but our licensing fees are so cheap that choosing our movies to distribute on your bargain-bin DVDs is a no brainer!"

We cut costs by still making everyone work for free.

The IMDB page says that this version of Hercules was produced by the Burbank Animation Studios.

I can't seem to find an english version of the movie though.
