You're supposed to merge like a zipper. Adequate spacing makes it goes quite smoothly. Fucking gap-closers though. People who think it's cutting them off if they don't want you to be in front of them, regardless of how fast you or traffic is going. Those assholes on the highway who try to block you when they see your blinker instead of getting the fuck out of the way. I hate all of those people and I hope they die in a different car crash. I have learned, though, that they won't actually hit your car, so you can pretty much just take the space and they'll be all futile anger.
