I'm thinking to speed shit up, if somebody is coming up the day before they should be "On Deck." Maybe somebody sends a message to them the day before, and they got all of that day to reply. If they don't, their shot gets pushed, and the next guy goes up. If they miss deck call twice without responding they're out. Lets just get this fucker rolling guys.
