OK! hello guys!
it seems that i got back somehow, thanks to the help of some clocks, but i have to ask:

HOW can i prevent this 403 error/forbidden from this server thing from happening ever again?

my best guess is that the site's coding(or firewall) has blocked my IP for reasons unknown.
i tried entering the site via my cousin's pc, via my phone, and using many methods.
they all failed.

thus, i am certain that something or someone has IP blocked me from this site/server.
i hope that someone will allow me again to have access to this wonderful site.

can someone help me in here?

it's an error on our side. what you're using to view the site has nothing to do with it. we don't know why it's happening, all i know is that it has something to do with our hosting (newgrounds). there's nothing you can do to fix it but changes are incoming soon which SHOULD fix a myriad of issues that's been plaguing the site. all i can say is to just bear with us
