So my friend got a restraining order.

At around 3:30 on Saturday morning, my friend's room got a noise complaint.  Though they were all just sitting around and he was sleeping, the RA on duty had to respond and showed up at their door.  Keep in mind, this RA (Anter) is a 6 foot tall asian MAN.  They saw him through the peep hole and hid all of the beer they could see, but missed a couple in the kitchen.  The RA came in, saw the beers and asked to inspect the room for more.

My friend, who had been sleeping in the other room, naked, woke up when he heard the RA come in.  Drunk and confused he ran into the closet naked.  The RA heard the commotion from the closet so went in and knocked on the door, demanding him to come out.  3 times he said, "No, I'm naked."  Finally the RA forced him to come out anyway.

Once out the RA asked him for his ID number.  My friend obeyed, but then just had to snap back, "I gave you my number, now why don't you give me yours."  Freaked out the RA tried to get back to his duties.

My friend isn't the brightest of people, and he wasn't nearly sober.  Fully naked, he leaned against the wall and said, "Hey Anter, you're a man of the law.  How about you handcuff me to the bed and make sweet, sweet love to me, you asian thunder."

Anter wasn't as moved by this as my friend had hoped, and the next thing he knew he was at risk for being charged with sexual harassment.  In the end, all he got was a restraining order.
