I tried to use the script shown in the button/loader tutorial to make a "replay" button but the output window said "mouse events are permitted only for button instances." How do I get the repley button to work? I use Flash 8, by the way.

make sure you are putting mouse events in the right place. Click on the button, then put the as in the action panel. In some cases you have to actually make the movieclip register as a button but not usually.

I clicked on the button before putting in the as, and it still has that error.
Nevermind, it turns out I put in the code twice, and now the problem is solved!
