I was really dissapointed, because at first I thought he was an assist.

I've heard of people clamouring for Ike as a character, I don't know who he is but I like this guy.
Just that he's from Fire Emblem.

I guess we can expect some details on that Fire Emblem stage soon.

This is improving to be incredibly debatable right now, for sure.
The new challenger this might just be in the same fashion of the trailer's newcomers, or he may actually be unlockable since that's the usual phrase...

It would make sense to me Roy/Marth would be unlocked now and Ike locked, like how Falcon became unlocked and his copy (Gannon) was locked.

Noooo, Roy was my favourite unlocked! I hope Black knight does get in, he awsome!

Roy and Marth I think are going to be removed, to be replaced with newer charaters from the fire emblem franchise, like if Mother 3 ever came out internationanaly before Melee, Jeff would've replaced Ness.

On a side note: I know Ike is Good and all, but why haven't they mentioned Meta Knight yet? Maybe he will be unlockable...
