It doesn't recognize any of my passwords, and when do the "forgot your password" thing the email containing my password never comes.
What does this mean?

I'd normally think I was hacked but my email remains the same and my movies remain undeleted. My account is in perfect order except for the password and password recovery.

This has happened to me before. Wade is locking you out of your account for something you've done wrong.
