Important for people who use FlashGet! (Spyware!)

The newest update of Flashget had spyware in it (100% spyware free my ass!) and there has been no official announcement about it thus far. I looked all over for a solution or a reason but couldn't find any. I am uninstalling this piece of shit software right now, and I suggest you do the same.

Incidentally, I will be needing a new download manager. Any suggestions?

My virus scanner detected it and couldn't remove it, I had a real time going in an removing it myself. Here is proof:

I use the downthemall firefox extension. It's like flashget but with less cancer

Downthemall is the shit. Before that I used DownloadAcceleratorPlus, which has been around forever and works just fine.

Firefox has the download toolbar, do you really need anything else? Or does this automatically download all the links on a page without you having to click or something. That could be convenient.
