Act confident (you don't have to be), don't pause for time by going "uuuhhhh" or "ummmm". Be honest on your resume, and make sure you handshakes are firm, but not painful. Try talcum powder for sweaty hands, anti persperant deodorants also work. Spit in their face if they don't give you the job on the spot to teach them a lesson.

EDIT: You can't overdress for an interview, wear your best; shave and get a fresh haircut.

I thought the same thing. Personally I'd much prefer to work at a grocery store stacking boxes then to sit in a small cramped room with a grill making burgers/taking orders for the fat people/kids that still got here.

I'd go with baker, a good one can make a lot of money; it's also one of the easiest businesses to start.
