Trying to find a PHPBB3 mod - forum posts automatically on website

[HeinekenClock]

The way NG has it's News posts appear on the front page, there's supposed to a mod like that for PHPBB3, but I can only find dead links or links to topics just like this one, without solutions.

I managed to set up a board on my dad's website, now I just need to link it's news posts to the website with that mod, but i can't find it.

Can anyone help?

That only works on PHPBB1 right?

Also, does Invisionfree support this? I'm not looking to build in a forum, it's just that this appears to be the easiest way for my dad to make his own news posts (in terms of cost and code), so how the forum looks isn't an issue because me and my dad will be the only ones ever seeing it.
