My msn account was phished

i dont have the answer to my question because it was changed, as was reset password email, i cant into my account an i really have no clue what the fuck to do, i cant get ahold of hotmail because i dont know how! i dont know what the fuck to do, any help?

Send them a REAL LETTER IN THE MAIL to their office explaining the situation and make sure you try calling them too. Thats what I did when my email (not MSN though) was hacked.

I don't know how they would handle it at MSN, but I was using Yahoo and I sent a letter about my account and I was able to get it back. I included some personal information and some important contents within the email account (like other email addresses or messages).

Look around here for an address.
If you can't find one that fits, try:
Hotmail Customer Service
Microsoft Corporation
One Microsoft Way
Redmond, WA 98052-6399

I can't guarantee thats the exact correct address or if they will reply though.

If there is nothing important on it though, then you could probably just get a new account.
