The Jailbird just wanted me to tell you about this game.

QuoteI don’t blame you if you’ve never heard of this game, it’s fairly low-profile, but the concept is amazing.

The action looks above average, and it looks fairly nice overall, but what this game REALLY has working for it is it’s story.

It’s like a cross between Pulp Fiction and LOST, at various stages in the story you go to the present, future and past to reveal the full story. The game starts out with someone setting fire to a factory, claiming that his life, along with hundreds of other peoples, have been ruined by two tiny insects, and laughs about his previous views of being insignificant. The story skips around time as you play as these two insects, who have virtually no brains, the story revolves around what you see and hear.

Take the (to be honest) amazing opening for the game. You start out crawling through a strange cavern, with various lumps of flesh-like substances inside. You go through basic training (stealth, taking on larger opponents, an unexplained “food chain” mechanic) etc. However, you soon realize you are not in a cavern at all; you are in a corpse. The mission ends with you crawling out of the bodies head, via a large bullet hole. You are still underground, however. You see some dirt fling across the area and hear the sounds of shovels. A man is panting, another man says “He knew what he was getting into” and soon you hear them driving off.

if there were two guys on the moon and one of them killed the other with a rock that'd be pretty fucked up wouldn't it?

This game looks brilliant and lots of fun!
It's always good to see a an upcoming game for the Wii that makes me feel like I didn't waste $400 on my console.
