ok what are some good shows that are still running

I haven't seriously sat down and watched TV in a long time. There just doesn't seem to be any shows out there that are really WOW STUPENDOUS SPECTACULAR AMAZIN GOTTA TUNE IN NEXT WEEK anymore. Pretty much the only time I spend with my television now adays is to watch Fresh Prince and Rosanne during sleepless nights.

I miss the good old days where I'd spend hours in front of the TV, waiting anxiously for the commercial to end so the show would start back up. Are there any really good shows left out there? I have yet to find any.
