Why can you already see "play" before the last building shows up?
Or is the actual loading-animation just the circular fade from black, at the beginning?

I think the movie finished loading before all the building were built. Instead of having the Play's show up when the movie is 100% loaded, they should show up when all the buildings are built.

The Play Ring shows up when the animation is 100% loaded. The buildings still come up because it has a maximum loading speed. I think people would like to know if the movie is loaded rather than and how much of it is loaded.
