Il Duce

Christ, I know Hitler was a bad person and all, but that doesn't change the fact that he's a part of history and as such should be acknowledged.

SilverCherryClock

In that same vein I think the German ban on nazi symbols is rediculous

NintendrCkolc

Obviously a Nazi sympathizer and I bet he plays those video games with their blood and gore and without robots.

Seriously Germany, you're weird.

Dull

"The attacker was only the second visitor to enter the exhibition"

Day 1 of a highly controversial wax work opening, security must of been tight as hell, yet nobody suspects the SECOND guy in the door?.
Well at least one member of the public managed to see the full bodied model eh? totally worth it.
Kill the jocks, and eat their brains.

yeah but when a historical figuere represents the death, massacre and torture of millions, you cant assume that people would be open minded about portaying him publicly like just another hositorcial figuere like  George Jefferson or Napoleon.

Same thing about the symbols while we're at it... they are not just symbols of a movement or an army. they represnt the death the many poeple that were butchered.

Lets not forget that, yeah the guy is part of history, but he is also the symbol of all evil ever walked the earth.

I think the social ramifications of being I'm a edgy teen enough to deny the holocaust are enough without federal laws, same with displaying nazi imagery in a way that's not meant to be educational. It seems unnecessary and almost an encroachment on one's rights to outright ban stuff like that.

If you wanna get technical Napoleon caused the death of millions too.

Quote from: BBC NEWSThe waxwork museum also includes other German historical figures like Otto von Bismarck, Karl Marx, Beethoven, Bach and Einstein.
Foreigners featured include Winston Churchill, Mikhail Gorbachev and Tom Cruise.

Those that do not make wax sculptures of the past are condemned to repeat it.

BlackberryClock

Should have gone after Tom Cruise's head.

Quote from: Uncle Fester;1355269Actually the news story is a cover up for the fact that the wax sculpture picked up a gun and blew its own head off.
I really hope I'm not the only one who laughed at this.
Quote from: FLOUNDERINYOBUTT;1837615I think Kodiak is the only person on  this entire website who dislikes Slurpee. I still dont understand how  thats possible. He\'s so loveable and funny. Every guy wants to be his  friend and every girl wants to date him. Understandably Slurpee is not a  very happy person.
