I wasn't sure where to put this, so I took a wild guess. If I guessed wrong, please move as appropriate.

Thanks!

Now that the disclaimer is done, let's get down to business. I need new headphones, good ones. I have some old Philips in-ear headphones that I never really got around to liking. They're way too much effort to maintain. I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive pair of headphones, preferably circumaural, but this isn't a necessity. I'd also like them to be compact so that I can easily transport them back and forth to school. I like bass, so they should have plenty of that as well. I've done some research, and I've looked at some pairs that interest me, but now I'm looking for personal recommendations from you guys. If possible, keep them less than $100 US.

Thanks again.

I have a pair of Skullcandy G.I.s and they have amazing sound.  The bass in them is really good, everything is clear, and they never crack.  Skullcandy products all come with a lifetime warranty so you'll be rocking them forever.  I've also heard good things about their Lowrider model.  Also, they all look super stylee.

I actually really hate skullcandy. The sound range isn't exactly what I want and they look godawful. Plus, from which models I have used, they're uncomfortable.
