Clockification?

It has been abolished but now anyone can become a clock. Couldn't we have a clockification system that isn't as useless? A compromise maybe?

I dunno. Since abandonment of the old system it seems like this place has been getting "worse." I personally love it here for a lot of reasons, but it's certainly given others something to complain about.

Even with clockfication, all problems won't be solved at all, but I think keeping it open for compromise would be a good idea rather than just saying "stay the course" when "the course" seems to be causing a lot of internal disruption.

clockification is supposed to determine whether or not somebody embodies the ideals of the clock crew enough to be considered an "official" clock. no automated system can ever check for that, and nobody on this site is in any position to qualify it, so any system we put in place would be flawed.

the clockfan/clock difference is for the sake of the green door and nothing else.

there shouldn't be any clockification, there shouldn't be a waiting period to become a clock. If they want the "secrets" of the green door protected they should just put a waiting period to see it.
