Be NG Admin Game

I just got the idea for a flash game were you have to be the NG admin. I would love suggestions. Generally you will just keep playing until you loose all your money. And depending on what how you do things you will have different ratings. The lowest rating is Wade, and the highest is Tom. Hopefully it will be strategy mixed with mini games.

Are you going to add a sort of moderator promotion aspect to this game? So like in those sim games where you hire staff to do work and those staff have stats. Ones with bad stats could cause you to lose popularity with members.

Also ways of generating money, like ads, annoying ads lose popularity.

Those are my simple suggestionss
