In regards to the CCA:

The times it fell apart were my fault.

I don't like the idea of people serverbanned being unable to attend - though as Triangle said, he's been willing to unban people so they could attend the academy.

So I suppose there could be an occasion where someone who genuinely wants to participate is serverbanned and there are no ops online to unban him.  But that's just as likely to happen on a separate chat server unless serverbans are not to be used there.

So the CCA isn't a reason for a new chat.
