i dissaprove on the part that some of these cases could be lazy parents who dont know how to raise kids...

but i approve for the most part, cause honestly?...some teenagers are IMPOSSIBLE to raise. Some could have early drug and alcohol problems, even though their parents did everything they could to bring him/her up right, and tried everything to fix the problem.

Of course i dont know the personal lives of these kids. but under the right conditions i'd approve, seriously.
