Quote from: SnakeClock;1460056How about a movie about the lives of a man named Craig Schwartz (John Cusack), an unsuccessful puppeteer involved in a forlorn marriage with his pet-obsessed wife Lotte (Cameron Diaz).
Persuaded by his wife to get a job, Schwartz begins to work as a filing clerk for a fictional company named LesterCorp at their offices in the Mertin Flemmer building in Manhattan. Lestercorp's offices are located on floor 7½ â€" wedged between the seventh and eighth floors. The ceilings are so low the employees cannot stand upright. "Low overhead," Schwartz's boss Dr. Lester (Orson Bean) quips, while an educational film about LesterCorp teaches about the supposed origins of the low ceilings: the founder of LesterCorp was in love with a dwarf woman, married her and suited the ceilings to her needs. After a short while Schwartz discovers a mysterious portal in a wall, which when entered transports him into the consciousness of actor John Horatio Malkovich (the actor's real middle name is Gavin) â€" allowing him to observe the world through the eyes of his host for about 15 minutes before being thrown into a ditch adjacent to the New Jersey Turnpike. The puppeteer demonstrates his discovery to Maxine (Catherine Keener), a co-worker with whom he is obsessively infatuated; shortly, she takes control and proposes the two form a business to sell the experience of being John Malkovich at $200 a pop.
After Lotte persuades Schwartz and Maxine to let her (Lotte) try being Malkovich, Lotte becomes obsessed with the experience (seeing it as her realization as a transgender), wanting to return to Malkovich's mind immediately. Lotte enters Malkovich again while Craig is at home reading Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard. Knowing that Lotte is inside Malkovich, Maxine calls and arranges to have dinner with him that evening, posing as a starstruck fan. Lotte covertly returns to the portal that night and finds herself deeply attracted to Maxine, which results in Lotte inviting Maxine to dinner. Maxine refuses both Craig's and Lotte's advances and reveals that she is not remotely interested in Craig, but is attracted to Lotte when she can sense Lotte inside Malkovich's mind. The pair agree to meet again in this fashion, and Maxine meets and then makes love to Malkovich as soon as she realizes that Lotte is present in his consciousness.
Forsaken by the two women, Schwartz realizes the only way he will be able to get close to Maxine is by pretending to be Lotte in Malkovich's body. He forces his wife at gun point to call Maxine and arrange another meeting as Malkovich before tying her in a cage with her pet chimpanzee Elijah. Maxine seduces Malkovich again, thinking that Lotte is in his mind, but actually it is Schwartz, who discovers this time that he is not a mere passive observer â€" he can actually manipulate and control Malkovich's body too, as though Malkovich were one of Schwartz's puppets.
Malkovich becomes paranoid that he is being controlled by a supernatural force and, after consulting his friend (a double cameo appearance by Charlie Sheen), comes to believe that Maxine is a witch. He follows her to the Mertin Flemmer Building where he discovers J.M., Inc.â€"the company Schwartz and Maxine set up to sell the experience of being Malkovich. He enters his own portal, which manifests itself as a world where everyone (male or female) has his head and can only say the word “Malkovich.” He is then thrown into the turnpike. Schwartz meets the severely frightened Malkovich there and Malkovich orders him to close the portal, using legal threats. Schwartz ignores him and again forces Lotte to arrange a meeting between Maxine and Malkovich.
After Schwartz leaves to enter Malkovich, Lotte's chimp is inspired to untie her, recalling a childhood memory when he and his parents were captured in the jungle and he tried in vain to untie his father. After the escape, Lotte is then able to call Maxine and inform her of Schwartz's deceit. Surprisingly, Maxine tells Lotte that she was also aroused by Schwartz and that she will still be going to meet Malkovich with Schwartz, who is inside him.
Lotte goes to see Lester, Schwartz's boss, who reveals to her that he is actually the founder of LesterCorp and as such, has known about the portal for many years and has in fact used it on several occasions in order to live forever in the body of hosts like Malkovich. He has been monitoring Malkovich from a young age and plans to enter his body when it becomes ripe at age 44, along with several of his close friends, and then, they will be able to control it in the way Schwartz has been controlling it. Lester also explains to Lotte that after midnight on the day the host becomes ripe, the portal will move to the next host candidate and that anyone entering after midnight will become trapped in the new host, whose very young subconscious will be powerful enough to overpower whoever has entered the portal. Lotte explains that Schwartz is controlling Malkovich and Lester believes he will be too powerful to remove.
This time when Maxine arrives at Malkovich's apartment Schwartz is able to take total control of his body and the pair make love before deciding that Schwartz will remain inside Malkovich permanently. Schwartz begins to control Malkovich and, as the story jumps forward eight months, we find that he has reinvented himself as the most successful puppeteer the world has ever seen, helping to revitalize the medium. It is disclosed that he has become married to Maxine, but that the two are becoming increasingly distant, and that this distance has been growing as Maxine's now eight month pregnancy has progressed.
Meanwhile, Lester and his cohorts have captured Maxine, and call Malkovich to tell Schwartz they will kill her if he does not leave Malkovich's body. Schwartz refuses to leave Malkovich, saying that if he does, his puppet career will be over and all that he gained will be for nothing. Meanwhile, Lotte decides to kill Maxine herself, believing that she is the source of all her problems. Maxine runs away and hides in Malkovich's portal, but is found by Lotte. Both of them fall into Malkovich's subconscious, where they run through Malkovich's suppressed memories. Eventually, they land at the New Jersey Turnpike, where Maxine reveals to Lotte that Lotte impregnated her while she was in Malkovich.
After getting into a fight in a bar, Schwartz reluctantly leaves Malkovich and Lester and his friends are able to enter his body in time to take it over. Maxine and Lotte fall in love when Maxine reveals that she has had feelings for her since she and Malkovich first had sex, and that she is carrying the baby of Malkovich from when Lotte was inside him. Upon Schwartz leaving, Malkovich immediately realizes he is himself once again. This is short-lived, however, as Lester and his cohorts successfully enter into the portal before midnight.
Seven years later, Malkovich is shown to be married to Florence, who served as Dr. Lester's hard-of-hearing secretary. At present, Charlie Sheen is paying him a visit, to which Malkovich reveals the next host for the group to live in: Emily, Maxine's child. Schwartz had become distraught when he found out that Maxine and Lotte were in love, and rushed back to the portal to attempt to re-enter Malkovich, but it was after midnight. In a cruel twist ending, we see that he is trapped in the body of the next host, Emily. Suppressed by the host's subconscious he is unable to do anything but watch Maxine and Lotte live happily ever after through the eyes of their child.
Isn't this the plot of the movie Being John Malkovich? I haven't seen the movie, though. I just thought of making a movie called "Being WobbuffetClock" and it would be a parody of the one scene of that movie I saw on YouTube where everybody's all like "Malkovich Malkovich Malkovich." So I'd be in a restaurant and everyone's a WobbuffetClock and they're all saying "WOOOOOOOOOOOOBBUFFET!" over and over again but otherwise it's the same.

Pokémon do that anyway. That's not funny.

Ooh, how about this one! Set in feudal Japan a time of upheaval of samurai warriors and isolated villages comes this story of a young brave princess who was raised by wolves named Princess Mononoke who is sent to an ancient, forested land to defend the forest from human encroachment which threatens to unbalance the forces of nature. Princess Mononoke follows the journey of the last Emishi prince, Ashitaka, and his attempts to make peace between the human settlement, Tataraba (Irontown in the English adaptation), and the creatures living in the forest that surrounds it.
The film begins with Ashitaka saving his village from a vicious assault by killing a demon who is actually the giant boar god Nago corrupted by rage and hate. During the fight, Ashitaka receives a demon mark on his right arm, and he is cursed by the Boar God's hatred and pain. Ashitaka is told that the mark will spread throughout his body, killing him. A ball of iron is found inside Nago's corpse which presumably was fired by one of the humans taking over the forest, and caused his hatred to begin. Ashitaka resolves to journey to Nago's origin, the lands to the West, to try and find a cure for his curse. He cuts his hair, signifying his permanent departure from his village,[3] and rides out with his steed Yakul, his loyal red elk. Since it is considered taboo to see off one who is banished, only one person dares to say goodbye to Ashitaka: his 'little sister,' Kaya (according to Miyazaki, actually his bride-to-be; calling herself his 'little sister' was a term of affection[4]), who gives him her crystal dagger so that he will not forget her.
On his journey, Ashitaka passes by a village suffering a samurai attack. Some samurai attack him, and Ashitaka fights back, decapitating one and shooting off the other's arms with the supernatural strength his curse grants him. In a nearby town he meets Jigo, a wandering monk impressed by his feats of arms; they encamp overnight near a ruined village, during which Jigo provides Ashitaka important information related to the source of his curse.
Irontown continually clears a nearby forest to get to more iron ore, causing many battles as the animals attempt to protect their diminishing forest. It was during one of these battles that Irontown's leader, Lady Eboshi Gozen, shot Nago. In another battle, a pack of wolves, led by the wolf god Moro and accompanied by San (whom the people of Irontown call, 'Princess Mononoke'), a human girl adopted by the wolves, attack villagers transporting rice. Ashitaka first encounters San treating Moro's wounds by a river, then finds several wounded villagers nearby. While taking them home, Ashitaka passes through a forest full of animal gods, including diminutive sprites called kodama. Also in the forest is the Shishigami (Forest Spirit in English), described as a "god of life and death", which takes the form of a deer during the day and a large shadowy "night-walker" at night.
Ashitaka is given a warm welcome in Irontown, but as he learns more about Eboshi's aggressive, destructive tactics, he is filled with rage (aided by his curse) and must restrain himself from killing her. He is dissuaded from doing so by lepers whom Eboshi has taken under her care and employed as gunmakers. She also runs her famous ironworks with ex-prostitutes.
Irontown is then attacked by San. Ashitaka intervenes to stop the two sides' fighting and takes San back to the forest, but is mortally wounded when he is shot through the chest by one of the villagers, whose husband had been killed by San, for trying to stop the fight between Eboshi and San. With his curse's power, he manages to open the gate and leave the town, but collapses soon after. With San's intervention, he is healed of his wounds â€" but not his curse â€" by the Forest Spirit.
San soon learns that the boars, under the leadership of the boar god Okkoto, are planning another attack on Irontown. Eboshi prepares for the assault and sets out to destroy the Forest Spirit. The head of the Forest Spirit is believed to grant immortality. Jigo, who is now revealed to be a mercenary-hunter, plans to give the head to the emperor; in return the emperor promises to give Irontown legal protection against the envious daimyos (in particular Lord Asano) coveting the town's prosperity. Eboshi, however, suspects (rightly) that the emperor's agents are also assigned to take control of Irontown at the most opportune moment. Meanwhile, Ashitaka recovers and falls in love with San, something she has difficulty accepting due to her lifelong hatred of other humans.
In the ensuing battle, Irontown successfully sets a trap for the boars, devastating their army. While Eboshi is away, Asano attacks Irontown, whose women resist the siege. Ashitaka runs from faction to faction, attempting to negotiate peace despite being mistrusted (and even attacked) by most of the characters. Jigo's hunters also succeed in corrupting Okkoto in the same way as Nago, and San becomes entangled in Okkoto's demonic tentacles. Moro, also badly wounded, saves San, and then is killed, along with Okkoto, by the Forest Spirit, in mercy for their suffering. Eboshi then succeeds in shooting off the Forest Spirit's head while it is transforming into the night-walker. However, in a potshumous attempt at revenge, Moro's severed head suddenly darts into life and bites off lady Eboshi's arm, before dying once again. Jigo collects the head while the body is transformed into a god of death; as a result the land becomes covered with a lethal black ooze that completely destroys all life and turns the land barren. Asano's men scatter before the ooze and the population of Irontown moves into the surrounding lake, leaving Irontown to destruction. Ashitaka and San manage to take the head from Jigo and by returning the head to the Forest Spirit, which then "dies" and collapses into the Lake. The land becomes green again. Ashitaka and San part, vowing to see each other occasionally while Ashitaka helps Irontown rebuild. Eboshi survives, albeit without an arm, and vows to rebuild Irontown along more harmonious lines.

Tommorow Bill Murray week starts, so make a movie about Bill, let's say saving the world from... maybe... Wade Fulp.

Oh! here's a good idea! Make it about the time that self-centered TV meteorologist Phil Connors, his producer Rita, and cameraman Larry from the fictional Pittsburgh television station WPBH-TV9 travel to Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania to cover the annual Groundhog Day festivities with Punxsutawney Phil for the station. Phil, who has grown tired of this assignment, grudgingly gives his report and attempts to return back to Pittsburgh when a blizzard that he predicted would miss the area shuts down the main roads, forcing Phil and his team to stay in town an extra day.

Phil wakes up to find that he is reliving February 2 again. Everyone else is repeating the same actions as the day before, seemingly unaware of the time loop, though Phil remains aware of the events of the previous day. At first he is confused, but, when the loop continues, he starts to try to take advantage of the situation without fear of long-term consequences, learning secrets from the town's residents, seducing women, stealing money, and driving drunk. However, attempts to get closer to Rita are repeatedly shut down. With each passage of the loop, Phil becomes despondent; during one loop, he kidnaps Punxsutawney Phil and after a long police chase, drives over a cliff, appearing to kill both Phil and the groundhog. However, Phil wakes up in the next loop and finds that nothing has changed; further attempts at suicide are just as fruitless as he continues to find himself back at the start of February 2.

Phil continues to try to learn more about Rita, and when he reveals his situation to her and the knowledge he's gained about the town's residents, she opens up to him and suggests he try to use his situation to help benefit the town. Phil uses her advice and the time loop to help as many people around town as possible, as well as bettering himself, such as by learning to play jazz piano and speaking French. Phil, now engrossed with the town's celebration, is able to admit his love to Rita, and she accepts and returns his love. After the evening dance, the two retire together to Phil's room.

Phil wakes up the next day, and finds the time loop has broken; it is now February 3 and Rita is still in bed with him. As the team prepare to return to Pittsburgh, Phil and Rita talk about eventually settling down in Punxsutawney, but they'll "rent first."

How come I had no idea who he was until now despite having some account on Newgrounds for at least 3 years? (Though my current account is one I made a couple months ago, I made another account about 3 years ago which I've stopped using since I thought the username on it was dumb.) Also, I'm already making a cartoon based on that "Bill Murray saves world from wade fulp" idea.  I'll submit it to Newgrounds for Bill Murray Week at some point or another.
