well, my own micronation would technically be my own home, I would secede from canada and would no longer have to pay taxes, and would have diplomatic immunity, unfortunately, when I leave home, I have to show my passport.

I have a feeling that if I trolled out there with a suitcase full of cash I'd get a face full of flamethrower. This is news though, Sealand is pretty cool for it's size.

Well, if you REALLY wanted to purchase it I'm sure you could talk to the government. I mean you can literally purchase Duke/Duchess titles and whatnot from them.
