Blackberry Storm

Ugh....

I got a blackberry for christmas. With said blackberry you need to have the BlackBerry service play so you don't get ass raped on the data charges. My cell phone bill went from $55 to $110. Damn, I suck. That and poor too. Ah well, atleast I can check shit on the road.

I do have the blackberry plan. If I didn't my bill probably would have been like $400 or something. I'm just complaining in the fact that the plan doubled my bill. I knew it was gonna go up. But either the taxes or something made it higher than I thought. I was figuring on mid $90s to just barely $100.

EDIT: I just realized where the extra $10 came from. The VZ Navigator thing. Meh. Still $110. I've never paid that much before. Ah well. Maybe it will encourage me to get a better job so I can pay for my shit.

Well, I already had verizon. Plus I got the new every 2 deal thing. So the phone actually only cost $150 (my parents paid for it as it was a christmas gift). And I don't really see too much difference (although I don't have one) between an iPhone and blackberry. email, web, same difference.

Blackberries are really useful depending who you are and what you need. For example, I'd only need a regular cell phone with texting and calling, but some people need alot more from their device like e-mail, internet access. So in some cases, a Blackberry can be a lifesaver

The VZ Navigator has really helped. Cause I drive all over the place. And half the time I can't remember where I am going. So as long as I have the address, I can never get lost.

Basically it's got a built-in GPS? That's quite nice actually, my dad just bought a GPS and it cost him like 200 bucks. Might as well have it integrated in your phone!

Yeah. Like it has different options too. There is a follow me map. Basically it just keeps track of you where you are going etc. Then there is the navigation part. Where it tells you where to make the turns. Also it gives you weather and traffic updates, etc. Then another feature it has so you can look up events/movies and what not. Its pretty nifty. All for $10 a month.
