Quote from: Slurpee;1547690I heard dead aim sucks.
I dunno, I think that the gameplay was alright, but the plot was kinda, eh...dumb.

except for 4, resident evil 4 is super great.
it's probably one of the best games on gamecube, ps2, and wii.

Slurpee

the rest (1, 2, nemesis, code veronica x, zero, the remake, dead aim, gun survivor, gun survivor 2, outbreak, outbreak file 2, gaiden, umbrella chronicles, and 5) are really only noteworthy because they're part of the series , which is ridiculous.

resident evil plots are always dumb

it's just some of them are also awesome, and in the case of 4, just SO dumb and not caring SO HARD that it's incredible, like big trouble little china, or army of darkness, if you've seen those.

More motivation to get to play more of those. I remember playing one on the PSX a long time ago in a friend's house...
It was a mansion, and I recall a part where you go in a room and the walls start closing. Then, your sidekick or something comes and saves you.

I see. I had good times with that game. It's also different from Dead Aim regarding puzzles and such. Dead Aim was rather easy, and the map was small. The first one was much bigger and more interesting than DA.

Slurpee

dead aim was like a side game developed for use with the light gun, not really part of the main series

Slurpee

most of the games in the main series are expansions on the gameplay standard set by the first game

if you want to get into the whole series, I'd play Resident Evil 1 for the gamecube first.
