Dear Clocks:

I have left Clocktopia for a number of reasons, which I will hereby proceed to name.

First of all, it wasn't the place for me at all. I admit, the novelty of not having to worry about what you post in there was sort of exciting in the beginning. However, I soon realized that a well-running organization with no rules is a utopia.

Hence why I tried to add some rules; to prevent utter chaos.
This went badly, as mostly everyone didn't agree with me(with some exceptions; they were why I was hesitant to leave).
Soon I noticed that I had no support whatsoever amongst my fellow leaders and realized I couldn't(and wouldn't) lead anything like this. So I decided to leave.


Call it cowardice if you want to, but I don't care. I walk away from what stresses me out(I have enough of that outside of the internet thanks), and lately it did stress me out.

Word of advice:
If you don't change things, I give Clocktopia less than a year, starting...now. I can see how the current ruleset(read: none) can look appealing in the short term, but give it some time. What happens when completely new users join? Will you allow stuff like chantalk, hentai/guro on general, etc.? It will turn into a cesspool.

Also, some of the people there need to get their acts together. Honestly what's wrong with not being able to complain about .cc? You have this idiotic "fight the power" mentality and that's dumb because guess what .cc is the main site and always will be. The Clock Crew is here, Clocktopia is a playground of sorts. Although I think it's more of a renegade hangout spot now.

I appreciate your effort of trying to promote flash and all, but if you're doing this as the Clock Crew, maybe you shouldn't. There can only be one site.


To go out on a personal note:

Albino. You criticized how I established rules and such all by myself, but then you went and made a sticky with your ideas of Clocktopia(when I was willing to discuss the rules we'd apply on the Admin forum) without even asking anyone. Smooth move there bud. Just because you hate .cc you don't have to turn Clocktopia in your personal army. Get over it.
