I found Japanese scans. I don't know if there are English scans, but I wouldn't be surprised if there weren't. The page in the photo is page 138 of volume 10. Avatar dude only appears once, sadly. From what little I've read, this looks like a comic for women that derives its humor from various types of (admittedly) no-good men. I read faster than I can translate, and re-filling bubbles is a bitch, but heeere's the first page (137) for context, and maybe I'll do 138 later if I feel like it.

~translator's note~ "airwave man" is "train man" with one of its characters changed. also the mood swings bit might be a mistranslation; it's somethint about men's "bipolarity" being more violent, but that may refer to the difference between popular/unpopular as clarified in the lowest voice bubble

Also there are some artists who have taken to using transparent bubbles all over the place, which is even more hellish to try to redraw
