I'm trying to draw the conversation away from Doug because I liked it when I was ten, but I was ten. I honestly don't remember anything from it except the scat during theeee themesong? Or just when he was walking around? CHICKUHCHIBA

I have even less to add to this conversation than I normally do

i don't actually hate doug that much i just think it's funny to hate things that suck, and, in universe, if you knew doug, you would hate him, he sucks

I reminder myself about the existence of Topcatyo and Action's webcomic, since it's been about 2 years since I've regularly checked any webcomics for updates, and ended up reading pages 55-106 all at once.

I'm glad you guys are still doing it, however infrequently.

The old version of Safari had this thing where if you put a link to an RSS feed in your bookmarks bar (under the URL bar, in this case--always visible) it'd show how many unread posts are in that feed. So for Penny-Arcade, XKCD, and Awkward Zombie, for example, my bookmarks bar would say something like P-A (3) | XKCD (1) | AZ (1) and I'd know, immediately, that I have five comics to read, as soon as I opened my browser (which is multiple times per day).

Needless to say, such a cool but unnecessary feature was removed and has been missing for years so I am also behind on every fucking comic in the universe, shit

BilliardBall10

who reads the webcomic ''gone with the blastwave''?
its a funny post-apoc comic, with awesome designs and a funny story, despite the horrors of being in a post-apocaluptic world.

also i've talked with kimmo lemeti, creator of the comic.
apparently, he hates this comic, despite the fact that it is his most funny+successful project so far.
its kinda sad, you know?

i also like the comic ''romantically apocalyptic'', created by alexius, and it is also a post-apoc comic, but with alot more funny moments than GWTBW, and it also has the unique feature of combining drawn characters with REAL, photographed characters...
so in most of the comics, the people doing the stuff are mostly people from the comics staff+the creator, being dressed up and photographed in the specific pose/as that character...
its cool!

oh, and i read action's+topcatyo's comic as well.
i used to read action-clock's ''lunchbox surprise'' comic, which was AWESOME, and INCREDIBLY DETAILED.
i mean, everything was perfectly drawn, and funny on it.
seriously, action clock is very good with the artwork+the humour.

as for topcatyo, he is also very skilled in the artwork, he draws his comics perfectly, and his comics might be (sometimes) videogame-related, but they are very funny as well.

so, all in all, a combination of the master skills of topcatyo and action clock was an artistic pair made in heaven.

i also read the comic ''my UNdeath'', which is about a zombie guy trying to live a normal life+his quest to cure himself from the zombie-virus...
its funny.

and last but not least, i read vuvuzela's EPIC, nicely drawn and FUNNY comic, STONES OF ANARCHY! (+100 for the title alone), following the (crazy) adventures of the rolling stone(s), R.E.M. , ghosty, flounderpa, mr devil and many many more!
i love it!

i read oglaf and whomp

and dragonball multiverse

I pretty much just read XKCD and Penny Arcade, with any consistency. Other comics I'll let stew then have big catching-up-on fests are Awkward Zombie, Oglaf, ...uh. Huh. I know there are like ten that I read. Shit. What are they? No wonder I'm always falling behind.

That's why I keep most of them in a folder in my favorites, it also functions as a bookmark

ah, XKCD is good. BTW, i also have big catching up fests with some old comics that i intentionally ignore... (just so i can read all the action later on).

PS: WHAT's the name of action clock's and topcatyo's new comic?
it seems that i only have their old, seperated comics on my favorites section, and i havent seen their newest work(s) yet.

you guys should read Paranatural so i have somebody cool to talk about it with

the other webcomics i read are gay boarding school webcomic, gay hockey webcomic, gay furry webcomic, and questionable content except finite and significantly less popular. i also used to read gay roadtrip webcomic, but it's over now. but you don't have to read any of those just read paranatural it's good. i used to read a bunch of gag-a-days like three word phrase and nedroid but the authors keep moving on to bigger projects or getting snapped up by boom studios

here's beastie boys

BilliardBall10

beastie boys! yea!

also the hockey comic was funny and cool.
the roadtrip comic was nicely drawn, and atmospheric.

say, slurpee, what cartoons do you like?(i have asked this to you earlier, i am simply curious.)

Yeah, that's what I did back when my browser had a sweet RSS count in bookmark names. On THIS computer, though, I have a tiny screen so I don't even use bookmarks because I want to save that 1/4 inch of frame space

you could always save your bookmarks in a folder somewhere...

that way, both your screen will be visible, and the bookmarks will be always available.

also: phantomcat, do you happen to know the action-clock+topcatyo's new comic name?

The first Star Wars became like ten times better when I realized there weren't supposed to be any continuations to that story, even the two that I like
