Well since they had Engine Co.1 and their number started with 804-761 I figured it was some fire fighter idiot from my town. My brother's friend works part time for the FD. So I looked up my brother's friend's number in his phone... and the numbers matched. So now I know who it is, just gotta figure out how to screw with him.

BTW, 804 is not just a Richmond number. It is the area code for mostly Richmond on up through to where I live. A few places in between don't have that area code. But I know Richmond and the county I live in and I think one in between us have it.
