You get to see a good chunk of it. It was designed to be an extra part of the whole live performance, I think you see as much as you need to in the video. The band are the focus of course.

I couldn't disagree more. The charisma, energy and enthusiasm he brings completely bring the whole performance together. Not to mention that he wrote most of the material.
