I'll instant message with whoever contacts me whenever I'm online, unless I tell you otherwise (sometimes I'm only on to talk to my brother or close friends). AIM is cableshaft.

Same with Skype, if I'm on. I choose to go on that less often though.

I talk to Snake, Roman, and FloppyDisk pretty often.

I've been a bit too self involved lately to collaborate, but I'm trying to change that attitude, especially now that I have more free time again.

I never think to go to the chat room unless specifically reminded about it, like you just did.

I became an internet recluse some months ago. Stopped using AIM, don't use Skype, never really went into IRC.

The CC was always someplace I could retreat to, but I even began pulling away from here for some reason.

But not so long ago I began kind of solely posting in the Biggest Topic. The atmosphere in there changed. It's sort of like a big chat room, and I've become closer to the other regular posters in there.

I now find myself checking the other forums again and checking out Flashes on occasion. I've even begun thinking about ways I can start contributing again.

I say all of this because I think it speaks to what Leek is saying. I do believe that keeping closer contact or having more relationships in the CC encourages activity and creativity.

Also, the BT is great. Ok, I'm done.

Not really. Occasionally some clocks will message me, but they're usually not people I have any interest in conversing with.

That is why I stopped using Yahoo messenger. AIM I just weened off and now have no use for.
