soooo basicly with our talents combined we could make a kickass game/animation that would score a good amount of views, but then we have to share the money. So we all end up with nothing

Pretty much, yes. I wonder how much money are egoraptor and lazymuffin getting... That "The-Swain" guy pretty much quitted his job just to make animations mmm.
