Am I the only one that thought "Hey wait a second? Is that Malak?". I thought we killed Malak in KotOR, or is this just a cheap knock off?

Also is that Revan stepping out of the ship? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

also yeah that was a really fucking cool trailer. now i really want gameplay footage. i hope bioware nail this game because they can easily make an amazing MMO no sweat, let's just hope this'll be one that'll hold my attention long enough!

It's possible. It's also possible that the similarity in gear is because Revan simply wore ancient sith gear, like how even though Boba Fett was not mandalorian he still wore ancient mandalorian battle armor.

The Twi-lek chick did have a striking resemblance to Mission Vao, so that could very well be Revan (though I have no idea who the Boba Fett chick with the jetpack was) but somehow I don't think that's Revan, frankly because it simply shows too much of his face and that would ruin the connection to the play of KoTOR 1.

So I imagine this guy is just another dark lord, who will be dark and evil and powerful and eventually you will have to crush him in an epic boss battle and take your place as either the dark master of the universe or the shining good hero.

I'd assume that. I'd say "why mess up a good thing?" but then, I did play KoTOR 2, so I don't put it past them.

Uhm, Boba Fett was a Mandalorian FYI.

Also I also thought she looked exactly like Mission Vao but I doubt Twi'leks can live over 300 years (since this story takes place 300 years after Malak died). The red headed bounty hunter also looked surprisingly like Mira but with longer hair(the bounty hunter from KotOR 2), but yeah shes a normal human so it can't be her either.

It's possible Revan is still alive though, because as we all know sith lords don't die of old age.

No really, every damned nerd on the internet seems to love Booba Fet and all I can remember him doing was getting himself owned by a blinded man in a 30 second fight.
Atleast the Bounty Hunter wasnt killing Jedis.

I thought it would've been cooler if he had been killed; But started laughing as finate more Sith came running into the temple.

Apparently there are 5 classes. Each with 2 versions (sith and jedi)  so far the only one released is the Bounty Hunter (sith) and it's Trooper (jedi) counter part.

Any of you hear how they're planning on doing away with text chat all together and going for voice instead? I wonder how they'll handle guild/faction chats and what not... Seems like itd get kind of annoying..

Regardless, maybe they're going for a new type of MMO... One that isnt WoW esque.. If anyone could pull that off itd be Bioware.

Did you watch all the Clone Wars (the new 3d series) episodes?  Some are pretty good, lots of Plo Koon action going one, that bounty hunter Propaganda posted is also from Clone Wars.
