Like Flounderman said, go to the "Adopt a Clockling" thread so that you can hook up with an elder clock who can then guide and mentor you. There are plenty of flash tutorials around, a lot of which can be found here:

Although, a few of them may be out of date. Anyway, since you are currently still learning Flash (like myself) why not hang around the community and participate in some discussions?
