Seems to me like they could use some Strawberry Clock submissions. Although if they get too many entries of SBC they might not go for it, I dunno.

Thats a pretty neat idea on the developers part. Usually graffiti in games is really forced and lame (Saints Row for example) letting actual artist doing it would surely raise the quality a bit. Also Crackdown is awesome.
