And who honestly utilized clocktopia for that purpose?

I saw Clocktopia as a place for fun activities and shit posting used to keep this place a bit cleaner.

When we realized that if things keep going the way they're going we're going to run out of people like that.

It's not that hard to navigate through the Admin CP if you're not utterly incompetent.

Everyone who remembered oh right we already have a spam forum and/or doesn't have a grudge against Leek.

People joined because it was new and interesting, not because they wanted some administrative experience, hence why it lost enthusiasm shortly after moving to clocktopia.net.

oh i'm not saying that was everyone's reasoning for joining, as it was mainly to have big avatars and spam everywhere but that's boring to me so I spent time trying to figure out the templates and shit and now thats pretty much all it's used for coz the spamming stopped coz it got boring for everyone else too
