If you guys can't figure out how to do the action script here's a quick guide:
1: make the whole movie in a movieclip. If you can't figure out how to do THAT then you've got bigger problems than I can solve right now
2: Select first frame of your movieclip and open the ACTIONS bar and type the following:
_root.stop();
3: Select the last frame, open actions, type following
_root.play();

and there you go, done and done.

You can have sound, just keep the sound inside the movieclip. No sound on he main timeline.
