Any of you with a PS3 play this?

It's been out a fairly decent while now, and it's a real punisher, but I can't help going back for more. I've decided it's about time I at least beat it on the first play through.

However, some of these levels are flat out annihilating me. I could use some co-op demon slaying adventure fun and whatnot.

I just got this today (it was an unopened deluxe edition).

Originally I was gonna keep it sealed but I couldn't help myself... Been playing it all day and its a fantastic fucking game. The online integration is absolutely awesome.. Looking forward to invading other people's games.

It's like Zelda/Diablo/Baldurs Gate had a love child. What a dream come true.

I didnt think so for a long ass time but I got one and yeah.. I'd say so. You'd be losing money if you just stuck with the 360.

Look at it this way
Chargeable controllers right out of the box - (I'm still using batteries for my 360)
built in wifi - (Who the fuck is going to spend $100 for a fucking 360 wifi adapter)
120GB Hard Drive - (I'm using a launch 20gb Hard drive. I'm not going to spend $100+ for an upgrade that I shouldn't need to begin with)
Free online - (Not exactly a fan of paying $7 a month/60 a year for XBL)

I don't have to deal with 21934083290 different advertisements slapping me in the face every time I turn on my console, No stupid Avatars, I dont have to worry about batteries, and I dont have to pay for something that should be free.

Perhaps the best reason to get a PS3 is the games however.. The exclusive library for PS3 is looking stronger then 360 to me at this point.

PS3 - Infamous, Demon's souls, MGS4, LBP, Heavy Rain, Killzone 2, Uncharted 1 & 2, Ratchet, GoW3, Valkyria Chronicles,  probably a few more i'm forgetting

Xbox 360 - Mass effect 1 & 2, Gears 1 & 2, Halo 3/ODST, Dead Rising, Left 4 dead 1 & 2, Fable II (Not exactly sure what i'm missing here but it cant be too much more)

Not to mention most  (If not all) of those games on 360 have superior PC ports...

Edit: also my 360 has RROD'd on me 5 different times.

and i think the exclusivity value on the PS3 is better. Most of the games on the XBOX360 can be played on PC as well

I got this game a while ago. I'm pretty high level already although I haven't advanced too terribly far in the game. I've beaten the first part of every world and the second part of most of them.

Is there any way to do "selective" multi-player? IE pick one specific buddy and play with them online?

Anyone interested in starting a character with me? I'd like to play the game through with a friend. On that note, how do you team up with people? Is there a way to team up with specific friends you want to play with?

You only loose souls if you don't spend them right? Or can it take away your levels?

Sadly you can't team up with specific people in this game. I blame it on the developers being Japanese.

I've been playing this game a metric shitton lately. I have a character at about level 100 and I'm rockin the Dragon Bone Keel Crusher. I'm almost done with New Game+, just a few levels left

I'm more than willing to start a new character to go through the game with somebody else though.

So if anybody wants to play with me I have a character around lvl 100, a character around lvl 60, a character around 30, and an empty slot to make a new one. At this point I know all the levels so well I know where all the secret passages and good loot n shit are
