that too but it was more a: "the fringe is up on the right so the wind looks like it's coming from the left, but the hair at the back is dragging to the left, making it look like the wind is coming from the right" kind of thing.

I think it looks purty. I'm probably going to add another layer of cloud cover though if I do end up using this (which I probably will). Keep up the good work Satellite.

I made a CS4 AS3 file but it was too large to upload to the file library. Is there any way that someone can manually put it on or something like that?

If anyone happens to be making a Flash CS3 movie with AS3 then someone else will have to convert that for them. The same goes with anyone using Flash under MX2004.
