Make sure you register so you can save .wav files to use in your movies. All you have to do is register with your email address and that's it.

Flash is not cheap. And I can't endorse you acquiring it dishonestly because the ban gods will smite us both.

I would say since you're a beginner... a program like this might be a good platform to launch your endeavors from. It's cheap and exports into swf.
