You're the most stupid thing I've seen, ever.

It is (or at least was) fairly common to apply liquid acid on to sugar cubes, so you can make sure you get a specific amount of drops instead of squeezing the vial directly into your body and accidentally taking too much.

Joey is probably referring to shrooms, though.
