2 of mine did, and everyone else I know who has an xbox has had it happen to them at least once, some as many as 4 or 5.

RROD was the biggest factor in making me loose faith in console games and become a PC gamer. Well that and maybe Blizzard.

Seriously though price comparison graphs like this are bullshit. I've seen a lot floating around and they're always dumb.

They have stuff that you don't really need (why does it assume I want extra controllers? Maybe I have no friends and only play alone) and at the same time skip stuff you DO need (no mention of wifi adapter and xbox live membership fees? What if I have friends and want to play with them?)

EDIT: Plus, the only this it compares is price and number of people who can use it. I mean, by that standard a circlejerk is better than a Play Station 3 because it's free and you can have an unlimited number of simultaneous players.

EDIT: Circlejerks also have full body play, motion controls, speech recognition, and multiplayer.

I never said I went and bought 2 xboxes. It happened once, it got fixed, and then it happened again.

Secondly, it's pretty shitty how such a widespread defect even exists in the machines.

The graph is obviously a stupid marketing ploy, thus perpetuating the 'Micro$oft" image. Not that they are the only company doing this, but it generally just puts me off.
