Can someone help me on this? When I try to add my 140x90 icon, nothing happens at all when I click the "submit" button, and consequently I can't access the page for the little 48x48 icon either. What am I doing wrong?

If one of you can give me the link to the 48x48 icon upload page, I want to upload that one, at least.
