Yah, I just got Castle Crashers and it says I can't play because my NAT type is strict. How do I fix this?

I have the same problem, but I can still play even though mine says that my NAT is strict, I tried to look it up on Xbox.com , but they weren't very specific....so I'd also like to see the answer to this :sherlock:
