has anybody tried compiling flash to android? I am really curious, and anxious into doing some apps for the android platform.

Before Apple told Adobe to kiss their ass, I was considering porting my Clock Day game to the iPhone after I complete it (by now hopefully it'll arrive next Clock Day).

It doesn't matter to me now though ââ,¬â€ maybe I'll port my AS3 code to Objective-C and all that. Anyway, I have a new MacBook now; it's barely three weeks old and I'm working on my first non-game iPhone app as I post this. It's been nothing short of fun.

I'd have to agree with Sage, Objective-C is pretty pleasant to write. I also find it more natural to read than most other languages.

Quote from: SageClock;1781888With an Android phone, too? Really? Who do you use? I was under the impression that your plan level  (without internet) was $30/month minimum with most carriers.

Maybe it helps that I'm in the Netherlands. I use Vodafone.

Oh hehe. The US is probably 5 years behind you guys for all mobile technology. The country is just too spread out with too much rural area to offer cheap data (just) yet. Cheapest I've seen is $60/month if you want unlimited data, and the minutes aren't usually that great with those plans.

But seriously, if I could pay what you do and get the exact plan you got, I'd be all for signing a 2 year contract.
