Flash isn't always a big deal. I'd rather have Shotglass here not doing flash than some barny bunch kid pooping out stuff that makes me cringe and calling it "clock" flash.

If I recall correctly, and I only joined in 05 so correct me if I'm wrong, but clockification was only started on bitclocks .net. It didn't exist before that, and after the second .net went down nobody has done it since. I see it as a failed experiment, since it accomplished nothing and people quickly got really apathetic about the whole process, resulting in good folks staying clockfriends way longer than they should have. And really, what's the point? This community is small enough everybody knows who's new anyway.

I think that if there's a green door it should be for members who've been here longer than a certain period of time, probably a rather short one, just to keep out the general public. Maybe a month.

If it's set up like that I think it's a capital idea. As long as nobody has any needlessly feathered hats.

The Green Door is good for the NG mods who remove our flashes if we want to rig them.
CC's could be used to start threads, and could be earned from making flashes that pass.

All we need for a good cc system is
1. Get ccs for every flash that passes the portal
2. ccs are transferable

The free market would handle the rest

For people who just make really good flash I dont think they're doing it just for webforum funbux anyway. Most importantly this system would give a little extra incentive to at least install flash on your computer

this sounds like the best plan.

Once the portalgrapher is installed site-wide, it'd be easy to run a query and check what the user's score was when it passed judgement. The score could be thrown into an equation that would calculate a reasonable sum of CCs for the submission, taking into account the number of flash movies the user submits per month/year of course. It's a truly complex and brilliant system that I just invented. I call it the CRCequation

the only way around, is to get the best mathematician's, and get them to help you with  your project. clock the radio-clock, finds a good friend, in sir, duke-bb10 de slack, a young-duke who makes cool-flash movies, and grey-de clock-e, a man, with alot of mind, and ideas but also power, as he is the grand knight of spam/flash-guards, man.
also, he finds flounderman, who founds the project, by selling olde-porn magazines, nearby, at his store.

green door basically is invite only at this point. I support having to be a member for a period of time to get in, because the only reason we need it is to have a place to post that guests can't see

The point of the green door is to have a place where we can plot against the peasantry of newgrounds without our machinations being public. It has nothing to do with elitism but we DO need some sort of restricted access to stop "spys" from getting in, which has been a serious problem in the past.

Whats so bad about spin offs? they exist, always have always will and most have been created by clocks in the first place and have no ill will toward the clock crew at all.
