Getting "high" is just the name for catching a buzz off of ANYTHING, I.E. sugar, caffeine, cigarettes, life.  My mind is fast, so I need something to slow down with, ergo I smoke pot.

Whatever you have to tell yourself, buddy.  Also, if you smoke opium, you're not going to be happy on your own ever again, so fuck opium and all the heroin related drugs that spawn from it.  Heroin kills people, pot doesn't.  I'm justifying pot, buddy.  I don't remember farmers in America being required by law to grow nightshade.
